— Events & Roadshows

When every car needs to arrive together.

Galas, conferences, investor roadshows, and visiting delegations — coordinated as one fleet, one manifest, and one point of contact, so your event’s transportation looks as deliberate as everything else you planned.

Fixed pricing per vehicle — confirmed before your event

— What we cover

Four kinds of events, one standard.

Galas & Award Dinners

Synchronized arrivals timed to your event’s schedule, not a general window.

Conferences & Summits

Shuttle coordination between venues, hotels, and the airport for attendees and speakers.

Investor Roadshows

Multi-stop, multi-day itineraries across one city or several, booked as a single program.

Visiting Delegations

Coordinated transport for foreign or out-of-town guests for the duration of their visit.

— How it gets set up

A conversation first, not a form.

Small Party

2–5 Vehicles

Board visits, small delegations, or VIP arrivals that still need to look coordinated.

Coordinated Fleet

6–15 Vehicles

Gala arrivals, conference shuttles, or an investor day with staggered timing.

Full-Scale Roadshow

16+ Vehicles

Multi-city tours and large conferences — arranged directly with our events team.

— How we coordinate

A manifest, not a stack of separate bookings.

STEP 01

Share your event details

Date, venue, headcount, and arrival window — the basics we need to start planning your fleet.

STEP 02

We build your manifest

Vehicle count, passenger assignments, and a synchronized schedule, confirmed before the date.

STEP 03

On-site coordination

A dedicated dispatcher manages timing as your event unfolds — arrivals, departures, and last-minute changes.

— Built for group logistics

The details that make a fleet feel intentional.

A matching fleet

Same vehicle class and color across your event, so the arrival reads as one coordinated look, not a mix of random cars.

One point of contact

A single coordinator manages your full manifest — you’re never juggling separate confirmations per vehicle.

Manifest changes, handled

Guest list swaps and late additions are common before an event — we accommodate changes close to the date.

On-site dispatch

For larger events, a coordinator is present at the venue during peak arrival and departure windows.

— On the ground

Coordinated, down to the curb.

— Vehicles for every event

Pick what fits your headcount.

— Before you book

Questions we're asked most.

Can all our vehicles match for a cohesive arrival?

Yes — we coordinate vehicle class and color across your fleet when requested, subject to availability for your date.

How far in advance should we book a large event?

For 6 or more vehicles, we recommend at least 2–3 weeks of notice to guarantee a matching fleet. Smaller bookings can often be arranged with less lead time.

Can the passenger manifest change close to the date?

Yes. Guest list changes are common before events — let your coordinator know as early as possible so vehicle assignments can be adjusted.

Do you provide an on-site coordinator?

For coordinated fleets of 6 or more vehicles, a dispatcher is present at the venue during arrival and departure windows to manage timing in real time.

Can you handle a multi-city roadshow, not just one event?

Yes — roadshows spanning several cities or days are planned as a single program with our events team, rather than booked city by city.
