What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes on your end. Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time and adjusts the pickup automatically — delays don’t generate additional charges within the included wait window.
Where exactly will my chauffeur meet me?
You choose at the time of booking: curbside pickup at your terminal, or meet-and-greet inside arrivals with a name sign. You’ll receive your chauffeur’s name and contact details before you land.
How far in advance should I reserve?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead to guarantee your preferred vehicle class. Same-day requests are handled subject to availability — call us directly for urgent arrangements.
Are tolls and gratuity included in the quoted price?
Tolls and standard wait time are included in your fixed rate. Gratuity is at your discretion and never automatically applied.
Can I request a child seat or extra luggage space?
Yes — child seats and additional luggage capacity can be arranged at no surprise cost, as long as they’re requested at the time of booking.
