You provide information when you search, read and view content on our website, register as a user, schedule our services (luxury chauffeur transportation), use the App, provide information through our Services and/or communicate with us through our contact forms or support channels. Flight or itinerary details (if you choose to provide them for your booking)

To provide luxury ground transportation, we may collect precise or approximate location data from your device (such as via GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or cell towers) when:
You search for, request or schedule a ride
You allow the App to access your device location (foreground and, where necessary for trip continuity, background)
You track a driver arriving to your pickup location or monitor an ongoing trip
Location data is used to:
Assign the nearest available driver
Calculate routes, estimated times of arrival and fares
Enhance safety, fraud detection and trip verification
Provide receipts and trip history (including pickup/drop-off locations)
You may disable location permissions in your device settings; however, if you do so, certain core features of the Services (such as assigning a driver or tracking a ride) may not function properly or may become unavailable.
3.4 Payment Information – Moovs and Stripe
Payments for our Services are processed through our white-label booking and payments infrastructure provided by Moovs (Moovs Technologies, Inc.) and its integrated payment processor Stripe. moovsapp.com+1
When you enter your payment details (such as credit or debit card information) on the website or App:
Card data is transmitted via encrypted connection directly to Moovs/Stripe.
PresRide does not store or have direct access to your full credit card number or CVV. Similar to other Moovs-powered operators, Moovs is responsible for payment encryption and PCI compliance. GoVetted
Moovs/Stripe may store your card details in a tokenized and encrypted form to:
Process your initial booking payment, and
Enable additional authorized charges related to that booking (e.g., extra waiting time, additional stops, tolls, parking, cleaning fees, gratuity or other charges expressly permitted in our Terms and Conditions).
We may be able to view limited card data (such as card brand and last four digits) for identification and support purposes, but not the full card number or CVV.

PresRide reserves the right to engage additional or alternative PCI-compliant payment providers in the future. Any such providers will process your data solely to complete payments and manage booking-related transactions.

We use Google Analytics to collect usage data such as IP addresses, identifiers, referring URLs, and usage history through cookies and similar technologies. Data may be processed and stored on servers in the U.S. and used to analyze usage patterns and improve our Services.
